SURYAH CHILDREN’S YOGA CLUB

At this year’s IYN Festival, there are going to be activities for children at The Suryah Children’s Club  where children can be safely left to enjoy themselves while parents are then able to participate in the Yoga sessions and workshops.

The Club will be run by Ruth Appleby alis and her team of helpers. Ruth has provided the following -

 

A place to explore, make things, dance and sing.

A place to relax, stretch and massage toes.

A place to share giggles, stories and dreams.
